AVI-SPL Selects InfoComm to Provide Live Events Training
InfoComm International® has been selected to provide live events training for nearly 200 employees in AVI-SPL's Rental and Staging Division in the United States and Mexico. InfoComm was approached by the company following positive experiences using InfoComm's curricula and instructors for training AV design and installation professionals. More

IATSE Looks to InfoComm for Training
InfoComm is joining forces with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada (IATSE) to provide comprehensive training for their members in the rental and staging market. IATSE is the labor union representing technicians, artisans and craftspersons in the entertainment industry and has more than 110,000 members. Training will begin with Local 891 in British Columbia and the Yukon.

In Memoriam: Randy Vaughan
InfoComm mourns the death of industry leader Randy Vaughan. Vaughan was President of AE Systems, near Norfolk, Va., for 38 years. He served as NSCA President from 2005-2007 and was serving as Chairman of the Board for CEDIA at the time of his death. We extend condolences to his wife Mary, and his family and friends.
