InfoComm International will train you for an exciting career in AV.
- Register for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
- Once accepted, take a short online course followed by a three-day classroom course focusing on technical AV skills.
- Upon completion, InfoComm member companies will be on hand to interview for open jobs.
Time Commitment:
- The Quick Start to the Audiovisual Industry online course is self-paced and takes about 3 hours total.
- The classroom courses are held over three full days from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Lunch is provided.
- Interviews are the following day.
Where and When:
- Classroom courses will be taught April 26-28 at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center - 84 Fifth St. N.W. Atlanta, GA 30308-1031.
- Interviews wil be held Tuesday April 29, 9am-12pm, at the Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown - 35 Fourteenth St. N.E. Atlanta, GA 30309.
What does it cost for candidates?
$50, however, you will get a full refund if you successfully complete the course and go through the interview process.
Where else can you get a full week's worth of technical training in a high growth industry for such a small cost? Participants will also get a one-year student membership to InfoComm International.
Am I guaranteed a job upon completion?
No. But InfoComm is dedicated to helping you thrive in the AV industry. In addition to technical skills, we will also give you resume writing and interviewing training. Historically, over half of the participants have gotten jobs in the AV industry after completing the program.
